Web Browser Compatibility

The DigitalSuite user interfaces have been fully tested on the web browsers listed below.

* Since the release of Chrome 80, Google is enforcing a secure-by-default cookie classification using the SameSite attribute. SameSite is used by a variety of browsers to identify whether or not to allow a cookie to be accessed. This change has no impact on DigitalSuite authentication, including SSO. Customers may, however, experience difficulties when using an IFrame which calls a DigitalSuite application. In this situation, it is possible to disable the SameSite behavior in Chrome. ** Microsoft no longer supports versions of Internet Explorer prior to 11.0. Importing some custom libraries to applications can cause issues if using these earlier versions. We therefore strongly recommend the use of Internet Explorer Version 11.0. Applications not using custom libraries are, however, compatible with Internet Explorer Version 8.0+ .
