Vele, the technical documentation chatbot, is designed to streamline access to vital information by automating frequent queries and guiding users through comprehensive documentation resources. This guide outlines how to effectively use Vele within the Digital Suite platform to enhance your experience.

Using the Chatbot

Starting a Conversation

  1. Log in to the Digital Suite platform.
  2. Open the chat window from the floating button at the bottom rigth within the Digital Suite platform.
  3. Enter a query of any type, such as a question or phrase.
    • “How do roles work?”
    • “How to create a report?”

Note: Vele currently supports only English prompts and does not process multilingual input.

  1. For detailed procedures:
    • Request step-by-step guidance, such as “Guide me to set up a project”.
    • Vele will divide the procedure into clear, actionable steps.
  2. Review Vele’s response and follow any provided instructions.

Tips

  • Use clear and concise language for better results.
  • If you don’t get the desired response, rephrase your query.

Additional options

  • Save messages: Chat history is saved in cache (maximum 100 messages).
  • Clear messages: Delete all messages and clear history from cache.
  • Documentation: Access to the platform documentation.
