DigitalSuite Studio Account Configuration
Account Configuration is the DigitalSuite Studio module for administrating your customer account. Access to the module is restricted to users with an Administrator profile.
The Account Configuration module gives you access to all the information about your account. You can maintain basic and more advanced settings, including:
-
Managing the authentication method for accessing the DigitalSuite platform. The authentication methods supported are login/password, SSO with SAML 2.0, and Google OAuth2.
-
Managing your domains. If you want your users to authenticate with Google Open ID, or if you want to use DigitalSuite EnterpriseConnect for secure access to on-premise resources, you need to specify the domains to be used.
-
Configuring a redirection from the DigitalSuite portal page to a personalized homepage. By default, the portal page https://portal.runmyprocess.com redirects your users to the development environment that you use for developing and testing your applications. You may want to restrict its access to designers and configure a redirection to a personalized environment for your end users. This personalized environment could, for example, display a list of all the applications they can access.
-
Defining user metadata to add custom information for each user. Metadata values can be entered later by users with an Administrator profile, but not by the users themselves.
-
Defining user preferences to add additional custom information for each user. In contrast to user metadata, values for user preferences can be entered later by the users themselves.
The Account Management module, like all DigitalSuite Studio modules, has in-built, toggleable on-screen help that ensures that assistance is instantly available at the point of need.
